I've just talked to Lucy in Hysteria Hall, I think I should talk to the guy in a red jacket next but he is nowhere to be found. I don't have any other ideas so I'd appreciate the help. Here are my saves if anyone would like to take a look: mega(dot)nz/folder/lRdmlAqA#QXwu_zNFyM_AgSq4Acom7Q.

I've checked from your "save12". You are currently in Act 3.

In your playthrough specifically, the next suspect you need to check with is Dektora, not Gordo.

It seems to me that you've already went to Dektora but did not complete her part in the Act.

After that, you will be able to find Gordo.

Let me know if you need more details, hints or spoilers on how to proceed.
