Impossible to play this game with so many bad lags, especially when action icons appear/disappear on screen. It's like a 0.5 secs freeze, and I'm not the only one... there are many complaints on Steam community forums, and I've also found a YT video showing same issue (go to 22:00):

Not a weak hw issue (more than 180fps at Ultra), not a shaders compilation stuttering. Looks like a real bug in the code, at least on some unlucky HW. Or was simply introduced after latest patch?

That's really unfortunate to hear. I haven't played the updated version, and my specs don't come close to yours. You did say you could get >180 fps, but I thought the game was capped at 60 fps? I'm not sure this helps at all, but I just so happened to come across a JayzTwoCents video with a game and random stuttering. He ended up disabling onboard wireless, I think:
