I bought it less than halfway through the game, but never found the location or NPC that would initiate the DLC portion of the game re: Takate. Can anyone give me the location where it begins?

Does one need to start a brand new game to trigger it (I'm now starting a 2nd playthrough after completing the game 1x)??

Thanks in advance!

I'll pay attention to those locations throughout the game. What worries me is that the DLC might only become available after the main game is finished (I remember after the final save, your PCs are back on the general map near where the Moha village was). I *hope* that's not the case, as that's not the kind of DLC I would be looking for or have purchased.

Once I know for sure, I'll post back here. Thanks for the lead.
Turns out I'm an idiot. After almost completing the 2nd playthrough, I checked my Applications folder (Mac version of the game) and saw I still needed to install the DLC. I thought I had done that earlier when I uncompressed the download file and moved it into the Applications folder. D'oh!

I've now gone through all of the DLC and will post a separate (w/ spoilers) thread about it.

EDIT: can't seem to mark my own answer as the solution...

Hi. Just purchased the extra content for this game. Can it be accessed in an ongoing playthrough? Does it simply add locations to the main map? I am currently on chapter 4, and wouldn't want to start over just for this.

Thanks.

You can't mark your own post as a solution, it's to prevent abusing the rep system. ;)
