I bought both these games when it was our last chance and I didn't notice the sys requirements. The manual is obviously not helpful since it lists up to XP.
Since GOG no longer sells them they have taken down the games' pages (which IMO is stupid) so I can't see the info there either.

You can find supported OS for BM 2 in GOG Wiki - http://www.gogwiki.com/wiki/Black_Mirror_2
