I want to buy this game from GoG, hoping that a certain game (and system) crippling error has been fixed. When I lasted owned this game, it was brand new, and I owned whatever was the latest nVidia card at the time. I got up to the part where you and Double H have to track down and rescue Pey'j (and other citizens) from being crated up and shipped to the moon. Somewhere underground, where you have to fight a group of robots, and where an amoeba-like creature is wibbling about, waiting for you to take a photo of it, is a line. Whenever I crossed that line, I got a game-halting, system-rebooting video-error blue screen. I tried everything to get past that line. After admitting defeat, I had to return the game to the Toys 'r Us I bought it from, and where I found a copy of Turok 2: Seeds of Evil (for Windows! Goodbye clunky and easily worn-out N64 analog stick!).
Verbose side-comments aside, this error is a real deal maker/breaker. Is there a fix for it? Is said fix already installed in GoG's distributed version? Is the error even going to show up now that I use ATI cards and not nVidia?

Not sure about errors or fixes but the first time I ever played this game was with the gog version and I only had a single crash to desktop during the entire game. Which when I loaded back in worked the second time around, it was in the cave system. This was with an nvidia 6800 ultra.

I played the GOG version on an nvidia 8800 and the only problem in the entire game I can recall was the audio getting out of sync from the video in one cutscene early in the game. Other than that I was able to play through the game without running into any problems.
