So I was playing this game on my modern, quad core Windows 7 PC and had the same tearing problems everyone has had.
I tried everything I found on the forums and could reduce the problem at best. So I said forget and just play the game.
So I was thinking of making a youtube review of this game and I used Fraps to record game footage. So the tearing was still there,but once I pressed record it all disappeared.
So for those who have the free disk space this could be an excellent solution to the problem. 2 hours of gametime = about 40GB so manage your HD accordingly.
