The soundtrack DLC installer is
setup_between_the_stars_-_original_soundtrack_0.5.1.6_(64bit)_(47147).exe
When run it says the version of the base game is not supported and to update the game version. But the game installer is newer.

Worthless devs that completely ignore GOG.

Nearly 2 years later the newest installer is
setup_between_the_stars_0.7.1_(68557).exe
The soundtrack DLC installer is still
setup_between_the_stars_-_original_soundtrack_0.5.1.6_(64bit)_(47147).exe
