It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I've literally owned, but never played the game.

It won't launch. To clarify, it will attempt to launch, generate a bug file, and then that's it. I've submitted 10x+ crash files in the past 2x weeks.

I have the below specs from DxDiag. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I noticed no-ones said much so I'll just offer some quick help, you may have tried these things before.

First, go to DirectX Web Installer https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 and ensure you're running the latest version.

Second, try to force DX11 by right-clicking on the game icon, selecting "properties", and adding -force-d3d11 to the end of the "target" - ensure there's a space between -force-d3d11 and whatever is already there.

You can also force these through the GPU control, this is [Nvidia Control]/[Mange 3D Settings] for me.
