I preordered Battletech. Now I have it in my library, but on the store page the game is not marked as owned. Has anybody encountered same problem? Does anybody solve it with support somehow?
I already contacted GOG support with this problem and the problem concerning 10% discount for FTL owners. They only respond about the discount (and the solution of grabing the game from me, turning the price to wallet, than buying the game again and receive preorder bonus codes seemed very strange to me).
In fact I have the same problem with Witcher 3 which I bought in box and registered on GOG. Funny thing is that because I bought all expansions I received Game of the Year edition for free and GOTY edition is marked as owned :-).
