Yes I just noticed this myself. The manual included in the download is for the expansion pack only. We will have to search for it ourselves until GoG can include it for us.

Well i can't find the manual anywhere online, and considering the complexity of the game, the number of units, the rich background, etc..., i really think gog should provide it. The manual for the extension is extremely thin and only talks about new units.

I agree with this. And the original manual is very well done too, detailing the background and hinting at strategic elements along the way. I've got the French manual, but the issue is... well, it's in French! But I can scan it, if distributing it isn't an issue.

Otherwise, I've noticed that the Wiki for the game contains quite a lot of info, with descriptions that seem to be taken from the English manual + added info. It's worth a look:

I've found the Italian version in the internet, it seems to be a scanned one, in case some of you can understood it, it is a valuable finding because it tells a lot of info.

Darucas, I am interested by your french manual so maybe you can upload it on a host site and give links there... ;)

Le manuel est vraiment bien fait, surtout pour poser le background (et quelques astuces de gameplay planquées dans les biographies, de mémoire).

Par contre le fond gris n'est pas très lisible, surtout sur ce PDF compressé. C'est à peine mieux sur le PDF d'origine de 100Mb (j'ai vu trop large sur les scans...), cela dit si ça intéresse quelqu'un, je peux l'uploader aussi ! (si OneDrive ne plante pas l'upload en tous cas)

Vouais il est sympa effectivement.
Si c'est à peine mieux sur le pdf d'origine, moi ça me va comme ça : c'est déjà bien et ça reste lisible, donc pas la peine de t'embêter plus ;) Merci encore :D
