For some reason this game changes between 150 FPS and 28 FPS seemingly at random. I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue or had fixed this issue. My specs are more than enough for this game and I run literally everything else with no issues. I checked other forums for this issue and tried the fixes recommended by others and the developer, such as running as admin, changing some ini options, and double checking my nVidia control panel, however none of these fixes seem to work. 28 FPS is far from unplayable, especially with a turn based game such as this, however it is still very annoying and was hoping there is a fix.
