Basically my question is in the topic. I am having trouble launching the game. It starts up fine, but after I "Click to Start" it loads Downloadable Content, freezes, and then displays this error message:

I've verified the integrity of the game a few times.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times
I've updated and restarted my computer a few times.
I've tried running the program with administrator rights to see if it was a permission issue.
I've scoured the steam community for advice but none has worked. I don't know if it is a problem with my save files being corrupted or what, but if anyone else has had this issue I would really like some help on this. I just finished the original story mode, and went to go try and put on some fo the DLC skins, but when I had restarted the game, this error had happened.
