In the Enhanced Edition I've noticed an area that is not clickable on the screen. What happens is the pointer changes from the usual finger pointing icon to the standard windows pointer arrow. I noticed this first on the level up screen when trying to increase thief skills. I also noticed this when trying to open a door. If I scrolled the map so the door was in a differnet spot I could open it, but if I scrolled the map back to the same area then I couldn't.

I am happy to scroll the map to fix that but not being able to spend your points on abilities could be a bing problem later in game. Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks.

Actually, I've done some experimenting and found that turning off scaling of the UI will allow me to click the + next to the skill. This probalby works because it physically moves the button to a different area of the screen.

It's annoying but I'll just have to remember to turn of UI scaling becore leveling up characters.

Though, I'm still very intersted if anyone else has a fix. I can see myself forgetting to chagne the setting and then getting stuck in the level up screen not being able to add my skills as I want because the game won't let you exit until you have assigned all the skills.
I'm curious if this is an issue with Beamdog games. I have the exact same unclickable area in both Baldur's Gate EE and Neverwinter Nights EE. Turning off the UI scale in NWN just makes the unclickable area smaller though.
It's the game bar, a Windows 10/Xbox feature that doesn't work right with the EEs. You can deactivate it in Windows; see https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8637-turn-off-game-bar-windows-10-a.html.

Well damn. I used to always look at the new features in newer Windows versions. Never even taken the time to look too much at Windows 10 settings (must be getting old). Fixed the issue in both games for me.

Thanks Montresor_SP!
