In my previous post "baldur.ini?" I got several interesting answers that I considered to be part of a solution to my general question "modding/cheating in BG2EE". In particular I wanted to mark the posts about the cheating console, the Tweaks Anthology and EE keeper - but I noticed that the "solved" marker can only be used once: as soon as I had used it on the cheating console it disappeared. I don't know if this marker has any consequences or rewards but I would like to thank the authors of the Tweak Anthology and EE keeper posts for their info too.
The author of the post markes as solution gets some bonus rep.

When you make a forum post as a question, it's not about sharing kudos among good advice, it's about marking the best answer to the question that you asked, for the purpose of the forum and those reading it. Your subject was about baldur.ini, so you made the correct call. Thanking others who contributed to your advice is perfectly acceptable, and all that is necessary: rep. points don't do anything.
Haha. You are welcome :)

The reputation system shows how active someone is and has no further use. You can upvote as many posts as you want to give the reputation but you can only select one "solution". You did the correct thing by choosing hickory's answer as solution since he was the only one who gave the real answer to your question.
