Anyone know how to dial the resolution down on a surface pro 4/ win 10 device so the content is viewable?

I'm going on second-hand information, so this may or may not work:
In the shortcut / compatibility tab select 'Disable display scaling for high DPI'. Run the game in Windowed mode or put it in windowed mode, then switch back to full screen (ALT+ENTER).
