I've recently purchased Baldur's Gate, and I'm trying to get it installed on my sister's computer. For some reason, I'm getting an error (and crash) whenever I select 'Connect' on the multiplayer menu. The game indicates that it is 'finding the network devices on this host,' then Windows informs me that the game has stopped working, and I have no choice but to close it. I've tried various compatibility settings to no avail.

Has anyone experience an error like this before? I love GOG, and I've found the compatibility level of most GOG games to be really high. Interestingly, the game seems to work fine on my own Windows 7 and 8 64-bit system, but not on my sister's Windows 7 32-bit system.

Again, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Try press alt+enter to window the game before connecting... it might work, I am unsure though.
