It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi all,

I've downloaded the 'linux' install final, but it was just a .sh file and I had no idea what to do with it (clicking it wanted to open up kate for some reason).

I've done a search but turned up nothing (nothing that I could comprehend anyway!).

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks!

The sh file is a shell script, hence it's basically a text file and that's why your Linux distribution tries to open it using a text editor such as Kate.
In order to run it you must use the Linux terminal: I suggest you to read this guide.
