Ok so I got the game files, all 3 of them. I hit run and then I get to the point where I have to select a path. This is when I run into trouble. I don't know where or what to do. The default path tells me that it cant find the installer or something like that. I looked all throughout the trouble shooting pages on gog and I even tried the gog downloader but I cant get that to work either. Can someone pleas help me out, I really like gog and would love to figure out how to get my games to work. Thank you.

First off, you must place all three files into the same folder. Open Windows explorer to your C: drive, and make a new folder called 'downloads', so all three files are in C:\Downloads. Once you've done that, run the setup .exe and when you get to the part that requires a path, choose to install to C:\Games\ . That's it.
Alright so I did this and now its saying "The file could not be located in the installers folder. Please make sure the file is in the correct folder or specify the current location." I know I'm probably just doing something stupid.

Please post the exact path and name of the files you have.
Computer, local disc C, downloads. and i have the "set up BG enhanced edition" (application). the "set up BG enhanced edition" (PART file). and the "set up BG enhanced edition" (BIN file).

All the files are in the computer, local disc C, downloads.

samueladler: ... the "set up BG enhanced edition" (PART file).
Your download is incomplete. .part files are exactly what the name implies, partial downloads. You need to re-download them, and ensure that you have these files:

For Baldur's Gate 1 EE
setup_baldurs_gate_enhanced_edition_2.0.0.2.exe
setup_baldurs_gate_enhanced_edition_2.0.0.2-1.bin
setup_baldurs_gate_enhanced_edition_2.0.0.2-2.bin

For Baldur's Gate 2 EE
setup_baldurs_gate2_enhanced_edition_2.0.0.1.exe
setup_baldurs_gate2_enhanced_edition_2.0.0.1-1.bin
setup_baldurs_gate2_enhanced_edition_2.0.0.1-2.bin
patch_baldurs_gate2_enhanced_edition_2.0.1.2.exe

Alright so I'm starting out fresh and I go to my library and then to BG enhanced edition and scroll down to where I get the first 3 files. Must I perches BG 2 enhanced edition so I can get the second set of 4 files and play BG enhanced edition?

No, you do not need to purchase BG2:EE to play BG1:EE. I simply listed those files because you never stated which version you had. You only need the files from the version you have already purchased.
I was playing around with the gog downloader and got it to work. I have the game installed and it runs perfectly. Thank you so much for your help. I'm really enjoying the game.
