Hi

I just bought "Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition", and the linux version contains:

gog_baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_2.5.0.9.sh
patch_baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_2.2.3.5
patch_baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_2.3.4.6
patch_baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_2.1.2.4
patch_baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_2.4.5.7

So should i only install "gog_baldur_s_gate_enhanced_edition_2.5.0.9.sh" or all of the patches aswell?

Thanks

Downloading and installing only the main installer (2.3.67.3 on the page) is enough. Patches are for people who had previous versions.

I have no idea why the name of the installer is 2.5.0.9. My guess is that that's the version of the Linux installer, not the game.

Apologies for the hijack/sidetrack....

I was just wondering about this. I have the original and EE versions, which I bought about 4 and 3(?) years ago, respectively. I didn't have the EE version installed on this PC, and I just did so today, and saw 4 patches available. WiIl they automatically be incorporated with this install? It's installing as I type this, should be done soon (via GOG Galaxy).

Thanks.

If you are usign GOG Galaxy, it will automatically download and install the latest version. And it will also update any future updates.
