Hello!

They both give an attack and AC penalty, I was wondering if the spells stack with each other. I am referring to the original, unmodded version of both games.

I would expect so, since they affect the character in different ways, but I don't know for sure.

Simple way to test would be to write down a party member's stats, nail the character with each spell (individually) and note the stats, then hit the same victim with both and write down the stats. Compare numbers for your answer.

I tried the test. I got the blind spell through - but slow only affects enemies, even if I cast it targeting a party member.
I don't think any of these spells would work against party members. You'd have to get them charmed first (to get them hostile), then cast these spells to see the result. Maybe there's a simpler way to make it work that I can't think of right now.

Alternatively, in BG2, enable cheats, cast slow and blind on an enemy, and then Ctrl-Q the enemy to turn it into a party member. Now you can check the former enemy's stats.
They totally stack! :O

I just edited slow to effect the party instead of monsters and tested it and yeah, she had -8 AC and THAC0.

Thanks for checking that out for me. I'm looking forward to implementing these spells in my strategy.
