Hey guys,

i followed the steps mentioned in the guide from gog to enhance BG. my problem is, if i play BG I with widescreenMod the interface is alway on the upper left corner but that is not the main problem, what bothers me most is that when i start a dialogue the npc and the char are also centered on the upper left corner. every time the camera is moved into a shit position and it is very annoying. i hope u can understand what i want to sy cause im not a native speaker.
nevertheless i searched for that issue but can't find a propper solution - maybe you could help me.

edit: additionally i had to notice that bg 2 crashes without displaying something. i cant even create a charakter.

dungeon keeper 2 doesnt work, hotline miami doesnt work and now bg 2 also doesnt work am i the only one who experiences these problems with this site?

There is a UI fix that fixes that. Someone will surely mention it.

I personally do not use the widescreen mod anymore. I prefer it stretched or black-barred b/c of the all the tiny problems I'd get.

Do note that widescreen mod saves are not compatible with non-widescreen mod saves (I believe changing resolution screws it up, too).
Yes, the Widescreen Mod on its own won't work well, you must apply the UI fix. If you have BG2 you should try mods like BGT or Tutu, if you like.
Thanks for your tips. But i had to recognize that it was mainly my mistake. i didn't get the point that if u follow the instructions from the link in the op, you will be able to play BG when u lauch BG 2. And this works fine centered UI higher Resolution and so on. BUT there is still a problem, when i want to create a mage or also a warlock the game crashes when i choose the spells. there is no error message anything else, the game just shuts down.
