I just purchased the Linux version of of Baldur's Gate EE for Linux. The install says everything installed fine but when I try to run everything dies. Running it from cmd line says "./start.sh: line 19: ./BaldursGate: No such file or directory"

I looked at the SH Script and there is a BaldursGate file inside the game dir which the SH script should have moved to.

As I said the install 'said it went fine although the cmd line gave some warning before the install screen came up

(process:9040): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
Using the fallback 'C' locale.

(mojosetup:9040): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "pixmap",

Has anyone seen this? Know how to fix it?

Before trying anything else, have you installed the required packages? From the game page it says:

Requires the following packages to be installed:

libc6:i386 libasound2:i386 libasound2-data:i386 libasound2-plugins:i386 libjson-c2:i386 libopenal1:i386 libstdc++6:i386 libssl1.0.0:i386 libexpat1:i386 libx11-6:i386 libxau6:i386 libxcb1:i386 libxcursor1:i386 libxdmcp6:i386 libxext6:i386 libxfixes3:i386 libxinerama1:i386 libxrandr2:i386 libxrender1:i386 libjson0:i386
