So, myself and a few friends are trying to play BGTuTu together, but we've hit a problem. One of my friends cannot change his character name, it shows up as "45678" repeating over and over.

Is it worth a reinstall or is there a known fix for this?

I've seen this issue reported for Icewind Dale as well. Check This Thread for possible solutions.

He did a re-install before creating a new user, but it turns out that a re-install was enough and everything was normal again. Thank you for the help.
