So I'm on my school laptop, and the specs aren't very promising. I recall that for whatever reason even my computer that was "built" 5 years after the release of BG:ToB (jk, bought it prebuilt at a terrible store lol) would hang up during some especially graphically intense scenes, so I'm wondering if anyone has a similar machine and would care to comment.

HP G71 340US
Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 @ 2.2GHz
4 GB ram

So far as I can tell, the only GPU is what comes onboard.

But don't let me confuse you, I'm computer illiterate.

I intend to run this game at 1600x900, with a plethora of mods installed.

So basically, should I bother trying on my laptop or skip it and find something less graphically challenging?

P.S. can I download games multiple times after purchasing from GOG?
edit: jk I read the policy on downloads.

Here's my specs and it ran flawlessly.

OS: WIndows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.
Processor: Intel Celeron 900 2.20GHz.
Memory: 2GBs.
Graphics Card: Shitty OnBoard Chipset.

It should too on your setup :)
Thank you much, sir. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Your welcome, good luck :)

And i think the 3D Accelerated Graphics option is reason why the game might have run so bad on that PC you mentioned if it's any consolation.
