GOG just says it has been updated, but I'm not seeing anything saying what changed other than the installer update back in June.
Patch gog-4 (07 October 2015)

- Fixed a file corruption issue with the Mac version of Baldur's Gate: Original Saga.
- This fix applies to all language versions for OS X.
I wish GOG would make it easier to find out what an update to a game was within your library. It would seem sensible enough for them to have an update entry or readme.

If I'm going to miss something it's always best for it to be blatantly obvious for maximum impact, I guess. Keeps me from getting too big headed.
