It does 57dmg to the lich and then deals 1072 dmg!

Is this a bug or a feature of the spell?

Sunray is cast as a level 7 spell and does 1-6 damage per caster level, undead need to save vs spell or be destroyed -- that's the massive 1072 damage.

Thanks. That mitigates the confusion. It seems that both the Shade lich and the lich that guards Daystar fails the save.
