I'm using a polish binary for the complete version (NOT enhanced edition) on OSX.

The game crashes right on the start. There's no error message, no nothing. The same thing happens on two separate macbooks (both running 10.10.5, so a Yosemite and not Captain).

Both macbooks are allowed to run apps from unverified sources etc.

Did anyone ever have a problem like this and managed to solve it?

EDIT: Yes, this only happens for polish version of the app. I've cleaned up everything, downloaded the english installer and it works flawlessly. Guys, it's your own product, as CD Projekt you localized the entire thing, why is the polish app completely broken for OSX?

What DMG are you using or is this through Galaxy?

On my french GOG version, there is 2 problems in the settings of Wine (witch is the utility used to run Baldur's Gate in MacOS X), preventing the game from launching.
I guess you have the same problems with your polish GOG version.

You have to :

- Right-click on the "Baldur's Gate The Original Saga (Polish)" application file and choose "Show Package Contents"
- Double-click on "Contents", "Resources", and "game" directories
- Right-click on the "Baldurs Gate 1" application file and choose "Show Package Contents"
- Double-click on "Wineskin" application file

In the "Wineskin" application window :

- Click on "Set Screen Options" button
- In the right-bottom part of the window, under "Other Options", uncheck "Use Mac Driver instead of X11" option, and click on "Done" button
- Click on "Advanced" button

On the right of "Windows EXE:", there should have been the path targeting the executable of the game :

- Click on "Browse" button, located on the right
- Click and go through "GOG Games" and "Baldur's Gate (Polish)" directories
- Click on "BGMain.exe" file and click on "Choose" button

You can close "Wineskin Advanced" window, and all of the package windows.
The game now should launch.
