Aliright, so there is one for 16:10, but none that I know of for 16:9. Is there one? Is there any way to edit the 16:10 one? I would edit it myself, but I know nothing about BG1 graphics editing.

If you're using the Baldur's Gate Trilogy mod, this is the standard wide-screen mod that goes along with it:

That mod will support almost any resolution from 640x480 and up.
