When I install this patch to the Baldurs Gate II compilation from GoG.com it requires a CD. But I have digitall version and I dont have CDs. How can I fix this??

You don't need to patch the GOG version. It's already patched to the latest version.

But if I want a BG Trilogy and some mod I need it.
I ask only if you dont have any ideas how to fix this.

No you don't. As Coelocanth said, the game is patched fully, and any guide that tells you to patch doesn't apply to the GOG version.
