I'm pretty sure the answer is "no" but figured I'd ask anyway: the GOG release of the various enhanced editions does not include the Android versions of the games, correct?

And I'm assuming the converse it true as well: that the versions on Google Play do not include the Windows versions?

Does anyone know if there's any way to get the Windows and Android versions of these games together in a single purchase?

GOG is really not the place to ask this. You should try either Beamdog, or the forums where the EE employees hang out.

No, no Android versions included here and I'm pretty sure the mobile distributors don't include the Windows version. Not even Beamdog themselves bundle these versions in their shop, so you might be out of luck. As Hickory suggested, asking over at Beamdog might be your best chance to still get both. Maybe the devs are generous and offer a key for a second platform, but it's a real long shot.
The Android version and the PC version (and I mean Win/Mac/Linux) are 2 separate products, which means you'll have to pay for each of them, like buying the same game for PS4 and Xbox to put it in a similar fashion :-)
