sry i finally just bought the game but where can i find the manual?

there are tool tips in game, a Larian discord, youtube and twitch channel but there isn't a manual because the game is still being changed

I doubt we'll ever get a manual; the in-game tutorial serve as the gameplay instructions

The BG2 manual is a masterpiece. (I also recommend the manual for Dominions 3 - but that game isn't on offer at GOG)

-edit- Got the version of Dominions wrong so I fixed it.

I havent looked at the BG1 and BG2 manuals in like, forever. And as far as I know they arent very precise anyway.

P.s.: To be more precise, they are incomplete and the individual information is unreliable. The original games for example never implemented the elven bonus against charm spells.
