Hi,

I have read that, when using Gaseous Form, one can move through Doors with metal Gate. However, fBG3 will not allow me to pass. It gives me a message indicating that I can not reach the location.

Is there some unknown trick or is this not allowed?

Yeah it should, but it helps you pass through small holes though, at least they could make this possible and you could open the door from the other side so the rest of your party could join you, would be neat.
