I've been running BG3 for quite some time, but this latest patch has completely broken it. The application won't even start. I did a verify and it still won't run. I uninstalled, then reinstalled, no luck. I created a new user, logged into that user and it still doesn't start. It doesn't even 'bounce' in the dock, it simply won't run.

With all the macOS specific stuff done for this patch, did they break it from running on an Intel Mac?

I think this is as close as I can get to confirming, Get Info works, even if the app itself doesn't

I restored an old version (4.1.1.3956130) from a backup and it runs.

I was actually playing the game yesterday before the update, and when I quit for lunch, that's when I saw the update. After the update, the system doesn't even think it's an executable.
can i get the system model/year please, also are you using Galaxy to patch it?

Because I play the game with my husband, we do use Gog Galaxy to patch the game, but we turned off the auto-update so that we could decide WHEN to do, after getting blocked when his game (on Windows) was patched and mine was not.

Looks like Hotfix 25 got it running again :)
