I've installed BG3 via Galaxy on Mac (both BG3 & MacOS the newest versions, but then problem was appearing also on older ones). When started from Galaxy, it seems to be running fine, but when started via Launcher it just crashes, and when started from terminal (Baldur's Gate 3.app/Contents/MacOS/Baldur's...GOG) it runs almost fine, just all the icons are missing (character creation screen, main screen, inventory screen, etc. - see screenshots).
Has anyone seen this, is there a solution for that? For some reason Galaxy behaves very erratically for me... Thanks!

I installed BG3 on my Mac today (MacOS 15.5) and noticed the same problems: The game crashes when I double-click on the app icon. When starting via Terminal (Baldur's Gate 3.app/Contents/MacOS/Baldur's Gate 3 GOG) it starts, but various images and icons are not displayed.

Since I don't want to install GOG Galaxy, I have thought of a workaround:

1. Delete folder: [user name]/documents/Larian Studios
2. Rename folder: Baldur's Gate 3.app/Contents/MacOS/Baldur's Gate 3 -> Baldur's Gate 3 BAD (or any other name)
3. Rename folder: Baldur's Gate 3.app/Contents/MacOS/Baldur's Gate 3 GOG -> Baldur's Gate 3

It seems to work so far. All images and icons are visible. It's even possible to start the game with a double click on the icon.
