Most of the help topics I've looked at are about 10 years old and are dealing with Windows 7 and 8 operating systems.

I am on a Windows 10 operating system.

I've been trying all different configurations and setups from different forums, but I can't get the game's quicktime cutscenes to play properly.
I notice the audio is playing fine, and the option to change from fullscreen to smaller video works from the options menu.
The problem is the fmv sequences are playing choppy.

I did sit through the unskippable sequence of the introduction movie to get to the game. The first navigational sequence of moving forward into the pipe was choppy, too.

After that, where it's the top down view of the roach, the main game, it seems to play just fine.

If I could have any help at all, it would be appreciated.
My girlfriend and I would like to play this game.
