I had installed the Neutron mod for this run and everything was proceeding normally through 6th level. Then GOG automatically applied the 1.185 patch and now the doctor and the weapons vendor in Otradnoye have lost the conversation option to exit out of their dialog box. I have to force-quit the game at this point because all controls that aren't on the vendor dialog box are not selectable anymore. The non-vendor characters in the town all seem to have their normal conversation options.

The choice to ask the doctor for help also is non-responsive after this update.

Has anyone else experienced this glitch after the update? I'm playing ATOM on a M1 MacBook Pro.
