I forget who, but someone describes the plot of Fallout: New Vegas about a courier who gets shot in the head, buried, dug up, and goes searching for revenge when asked about rumors.

It is a rumor from Vasya,the barkeep in Otradnoye. Thanks for sorting it out,I was riddling for days,from where the f*** I knew that story!

Am I the only one,that gets the incredibly feeling,everytime I see Doctor Konstantin Mikoyan in Otradnoye,that I was tended by Doctor Leonard "Pille" (He's dead,Jim!) McCoy from StarTrek ???? Look at this picture! The eyes,the posture....
And the Overseer in the Drunken Lair,Petrovich,looks extremely like Anthony Hopkins (R.E.D 1,he scene where they find the bomb under the Kreml + one eyepatch :) can't be a coincidence.....
I have noticed,that most of the portraits of NPCs are rendered/CGIs,but some are look like old oil-paintings,maybe this is a hint to their "historic" role of showing "legendary" characters?
