I've lost the saves of my first playthrough and I wanted to do a quick replay of the game before getting into Trudograd.

Now I did the Mycelium quests until they asked me to kill the pig, I refused it and they said I can no longer join them.

The problem is that only after that I went to the Bunker 317 and found the Mycelium pendants. Now the quest is trying to send me to Mycelium HQ but they no longer talk to me.

Did I break the game? I am already level 16 and did a lot of the quests on the main map, so I really don't want to start over again. Is there a way to roll-back the game or somehow get past this?

Or will it be fine if I play further and go into the Mountain Pass of Woes and the Dead City?

P.S. spoilers are not the problem since I have largely finished the game once.

I guess if you don't want to solve the Mycelium quests you need to go to the Card Player in the Bar (on the ship). He sits at a table there. He is a pal from Fidel and can tell you the locations from the Bunkers (for some money).

But maybe if you know the locations already it might be enough to just go there.

Spoilers:
- You will meet some Mycelium members there who are affected by some talking fungus. (in both bunkers)
- You can let them go or kill them (maybe there are other options) and get a Code for the doors in the Mycelium Bunker in Krazno.
- When you have both Codes some ATOM troops will be at the Mycelium Bunker.
- You need the Codes to enter the Mycelium Bunker.
- You will meet 2 groups in there. Both situations can be solved peacefully or you can fight.
