I know. The Steam-Version has to compete with Baldur's Gate 3; but these are different types of games, so it should be fine. September on the other hand is packed full with AAA-"Action"-Games. I wait till the next sale. Good job Focus!

man waiting a whole month after a game came out just to get the offical DRM free version is a kick to the teeth, like I'll get my hands on Armor core 6 and Distant worlds 2 update + DLC before atlas fallen is released on GOG. I know armor core will have DRM and no other choices but it still sucks waiting knowing I could just buy atlas fallen now on steam instead of waiting.

No sign of Atlas Fallen mid September.
The tweet is deleted and Focus don't mention anything related to the game.
I have a bad feeling about this release.

Not the GOG-Tweet. There was a Focus-Tweet too (with GOG-Logo); but it's gone.
Maybe it will come out end Spetember.
Who knows. Release date is still TBA (mid September).

I hope they're not changes their plans, I'm waiting for the gog release to buy the game.

I want to buy the game here, its so annoying

From what I've gathered via steam, it seems they haven't updated the game since that launch update. A lot of people have review bombed the game because of it or been flooding the forums and discord with suggested changes. It also went on sale for 15 bucks off 2 weeks ago. I figure what's happening here is that they are working on one giant patch and then we'll see the game during that update. I could be wrong but it seems very likely. I thought the game would've made it to GoG during that week of discount but it didn't. So this is the best I could surmise.
