Hi everybody. Here's a few things to keep in mind, being addressed as we speak:
ACHIEVEMENTS MENU:
We're aware that the button isn't working. This is related to a last minute issue that took us by surprise. The team has the fix, which will be live within 1-2 hours.
You can play the game normally, but this Achievements section is quite handy. I'll announce the fix here when it's live!
KNOWN LOCALIZATION QUIRKS:
- Some line breaks in longer sentences aren't working properly. This is a cosmetic issue.
- Similarly, some longer words don't fit neatly inside buttons and text boxes. Another cosmetic thing.
- Depending on the language, some minor documents may not be fully translated. They don't have much text and are not required to complete and understand the story.
- The intro doesn't display subtitle lines. They are few, but it's still a shame. The bug is related to the menu not automatically setting the PC language, nor saving the setting. This is the top priority.
LINUX:
So, I know a few of you were waiting for a properly native Linux version. Regrettably, it won't be ready for launch because of an annoying issue: the game makes use of MP4 videos, a codec which Linux doesn't support by default, and the Unreal plugin we were using to handle this stopped working with the 4.27 version. Very annoying, because the game launched and performed flawlessly, except that many videos were missing.
HOWEVER! We tested the game with Proton and it performs great. The "Proton Hotfix" version works just fine.
