If anybody has a problem with installer files not being found the problem might be that the .bin files are not named right.
Thus far this problem only happened to me with the original Ashes and not Escalation.
As of the current version when writing this if you look at both bin files for Ashes they should have a .31-1.bin and a .31-2.bin at the ends. If one has an extra -1, for instance .31-1-1.bin rename it to the above at its end. In other words just remove the excess -1 =P .
You can use this as a guideline to fix other incorrectly named bin files.
