Try casting using a smaller gesture - also find somewhere quiet and practice, practice , practice! I also found it hard to do spellcasting on the fly.

also, dont forget you can cue up to 3 spells by hitting ctrl as you do the gestures - it saves them for you to cast when needed...check the manual...

I wonder if difficulty level of drawing runes is depend on how good skills you are. Do you know that? Is it possible, that drawing runes is much easier if you are great mage?

No, the symbol recognition is independent of the player character's skill - it's just generally not very forgiving and may depend on the overall framerate.
