is there a way to kill it? or i have to run out ?

You can't hurt it with your weapons. You have to use things in the environment to kill it. That part is pretty annoying, in my opinion.

well theres a corpse you know, so i looted it took the key and the gem extractor thing, ran and opened the door with the key, but im stuck after that

Spoilers ahead:
You need pretty much everything off the corpse, including the meat (dwarf flesh. yum).
Find the room with the big crushinator in the middle of it. There's a socket in one of the machines in this room for the power stone you got off the corpse. Use the power stone on the socket. The crusher now has power :)
Climb the nearby ladder onto the platform. Up here, on the other side of the room is the switch that activates the crusher. When the beast walks in, toss a piece of dwarf flesh under the crusher to lure the beast under it (this is kind of tricky).

He's not dead yet though. In a nearby room, you'll find a whole lot of drawers, a log book, some lock picking tools, and a lever. take the key, and pull the lever.
Wander back out to where you first entered the crusher room and explore a little bit. The beast will bust through a wall and chase you. Again. Go back to the crusher room, but this time, pull the lever that's right by the entrance. The lava pit opens opens (if it doesn't you forgot the lever in the side room earlier) and the stupid beast walks right into it. Definitely dead this time.

Okay, this plan is the first thing to make any sense, but...the dwarf meat isn't work. I loot the corpse, dash around and into the room as fast as I can, put the stone in, set the meat on top of the splattered dwarf corpse, sprint up the buggy ladder by spamming jump a lot, then stand by the switch.

Thing walks up, doesn't even get near the meat, does the attack animation and sound, and *poof* the meat's gone. Didn't even walk over to it. Tossed the second meat from the catwalk and it did the exact same thing again. In my attempts of trying to use myself as bait, I got the thing to come crashing down on the beast. I swear it went right through the back three-quarters of him...yet nothing happens.

I've loved this game immensely, but level 9 I'm hating with the passion of a thousand burning suns...

Were you actually tossing the meat beneath the crusher? You can try lowering the crusher straight away to test this. If the crusher misses the meat, it's going to miss the beast as well. If the meat is in the correct spot the beast should automatically go over to it. I'd suggest making another save after dropping the meat so you can easily try again if the beast finishes eating before you can hit the switch.

Luring the beast to its squishy fate (one way or another) is the only way to proceed, so if you can't get this working you're rather stuck. :(
