Some users have reported that nothing happens when the game is started in the Matrix launcher. The issue can be related to the integrated Intel graphics cards.

To fix this, please try the following:

1. Download the last Nvidia drivers.
Windows 7/8 64-bit: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/141904/en-us
Windows 10 64-bit: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/152009/en-us

2. When updating the drivers, please tick the "Perform a clean installation" box.

3. Set the Nvidia GPU as the preferred graphic processor for the game. You can do this via the Nvidia Control Panel. Check the link below for on how to do this:
http://www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/pc-components/how-set-default-graphics-card-3612668/

Run the game and check if the issue persists.

This won´t work if you´re not actually using an nvidia graphics card. Any fix for intel GPUs? :(

Have you updated your Intel graphics drivers? What is your model exactly?

Graphics card is intel uhd graphics 620

Edit: I just updated the drivers from device manager, but the game still doesn´t launch

In the past there was one player who reportedly had Intel UHD Graphics 620, and got the game working by forcing it to use the Intel GPU. According to him Nvidia didn't work. Perhaps you can find something useful in the discussion thread:
