Fwatch is primarily a scripting extension but it also offers several convenient features. Download installer from:

It adds both Fwatch and OFP Aspect Ratio pack.

Widescreen - makes the game more suitable for modern monitors.
Mod switching - select from the main menu mods that you want to play with.
Mod downloading - automatically install mods from the main menu.
Server browser - changes master address server from a defunct GameSpy to a community master server.
Reporting listen server - run Fwatch with -reporthost parameter and when you select Multiplayer-->Create your session will show up in the browser.
Game Schedule - for organizing multiplayer games; players automatically download required mods and connect with them to the server.
Modfolder missions - create "missions", "mpmissions" folders in a mod and store missions there. They will be available in-game only when this mod is loaded.
