We have confirmed bug with Congratulatory Letter. Please, do not use Congratulatory Letters till the next update (planned for 01.02.2019). In the best case scenario it won't succeed, and in the worst, it will force you to start over and delete the saved file.

We want to thank our community, especially users Maru Maru and Hirundo, without you it would probably take a lot more time to find it.
