The resolution ingame in options is fixed at 1280x1440 and I can't change it.
There is an arrow, but nothing happens when I press it.

tried verifying. tried reinstalling.

It's very strange to even see the game in this resolution.
Please, if you can, post your specifics (OS, Screen, GPU).

Cheers!

Sure:

System: Win 10 pro 64 bit
Screen: PHL 328B6Q running in 2560x1440
GPU: GFORCE GTX 760

All up to date with drivers etc.

Well, we tried to simulate the bug on a similar setup, but with GTX 960 (win 10, same resolution 2560x1440) and it's all good.
In the meantime, we've done some research about gtx 760 and 1440p. It looks like 1440p can cause some problems for that GPU (lower frame rate for example).
Without proper tests on the exact setup, we can only guess what went wrong here. We are going to do some more research and run some tests, but the problem seems to be somewhere beyond our game. The game tries to read your available resolution options from your system, and if there's no available 2560x1440 then it's probably because your system forbids using this resolution and the game cannot show you this option.
Cheers!

Thanks for the effort :)

I also find it very odd, and I can say I've never seen this issue before.

I've asked for, and recieved, a refund from GOG for the game.
So use your resources to make more games instead of fiddling with my problem.

But for now I'm closing this post.

If you would like a more indepth reply, leave a messsage and i'll try to find the time to type it out.

Good to hear that, but we will try to solve it anyway. Our guy found out a few locked resolution ratios, we are still running some tests and if everything will be good we will release an update.
I will keep you updated.
Cheers!
With the update 1.02, the problem should be fixed.
Cheers!
