I can't seem to find it anywhere. Everyone is telling me it should be in the main Arcanum folder (mine's installed to C:/GOG Games/ Arcanum) But it's not there. Can anyone tell me where to find it?

Yeah, I already said that I looked there, even did a search for it. Nothing. I didn't get world editor either, I had to download it from terraarcanum.com. What am I missing here? Did my copy just flat out not come with world editor and script maker? Am I the only one with this problem?

You're not alone: it's not in my installation either. Is it a third party thing? <shrug>

Just checked by downloading the new installer (2.0.0.15) and yeah you are right. No scrmaker.exe or worlded. it manages to actually take up 1 megabyte more space but have less of the actual game files in there. Pretty incredible.

Uploaded it for your convenience. Worse comes to worse, download the secondary script editors made by modders from terra arcanum downloads ->arcanum modding -> modding tools.
