I was wondering how I know that it installed correctly. I do not see a version number in any of the games splash screens.
Been playing quite some time with little problem...but it would be nice to know i am playing the latest and greatest.
Thanks!

Take a look at the change log here: http://drog.110mb.com/uap.html

Or, for something non-spoilorery.
"Fixed Virgil's dialog so he now recognizes the crash site and tells the PC about it when asked."
So start a new game, and then see if you can talk to Virgil about the crash site.

I actualy found your post on page 3 of this thread after I posted (I did googlr and search for about 30 mins before posting though :-)

SLIGHT SPOILER

When I ask Virgil about the crash site he says he does not know much about the mountains but this is the place where the living would come again...................

is that the response I am looking for?

I believe so. But honestly it has been so long since I played the game (and even longer since I actually played without the UOP) I forget what was wrong in the dialogue. Though from what I understand of Drog's change log it looks like having any response is a correction, and so yeah, he doesn't know much about it, but he is supposed to say something about it (rather than not have the option probably).

Checking the change log again, something else in the crash site to check would be the listed race of the ogre bandit that is lying dead (which I would assume would mean the one by the crashed plane - which is in the upper right hand corner of the crash site map if you haven't found it). Check on that to see if it correctly identifies as ogre.

Looks like it applied....Identity is possitive. It's an Ogre! Thanks again!
