Not scrolls of Charm Animal, just Charm. The one that works on NPC's. I haven't ever seen one, but I've seen scrolls for all the other spells in that college.

I don't think the specialized Light/Dark magick stores in Tarant carry them, but the Ashbury magick store does (and the Caladon magick store likely does as well, since it seems to be the same type). Might take some time to get, as they aren't always in stock.

YnK is correct. According to the official strategy guide, the general magick shops in both Ashbury and Caladon have a 22% chance of stocking the Charm scroll on any given day.

If you want, you can power shop either one of those merchants (or anyone else). Here's how:

1) Visit them for the first time, and ask to see their wares. (Until you do this, their selection won't vary on future visits.)

2) Move at least one screen away. (I also recommend making a full save here, to create a restore point if needed.)

3) Quicksave, using the F7 key.

4) Sleep, to advance the time by one day.

5) Revisit the shop. If they now have what you want, buy it.

6) If not, quickload using the F8 key, and repeat from step 4.

7) Profit.
